Unity Wind Community Turbines

Hi I am looking into wind turbine for my comunity Ashill Norfolk. We are looking for a project that will reduce the villages carbon foot print and lower household costs. Having spoken to turbine installers such as Wind Crop it seems as we have no electric meter as a Parish Council we need a turbine project bassed on a different instalation preference.
